不同提取方式对葛根总黄酮抗氧化反应的影响

目的]对葛根总黄酮不同提取方法进行对比分析,优化提取工艺。方法]分别采用索式提取法、渗漉提取法和超声提取法对葛根中总黄酮进行提取,并采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,进行葛根总黄酮超氧阴离子自由基清除率和对Fe2＋诱发的脂质过氧化反应清除率试验。结果]不同提取方式提取葛根总黄酮的效率依次为：超声提取法〉渗漉提取法〉索式提取法;不同提取方式提取葛根总黄酮抗氧化性的效果依次为：超声提取法〉渗漉提取法〉索式提取法。结论]超声提取法具有提取时间短,提取率高,提取温度低等优点,是中草药有效成分提取分离中的一种有效手段。

Effects of Different Extraction Process on Anti-oxidation of Total Flavonoids in Puerariae

Objective] To investigate the extraction efficiency of different methods on the total flavanone in puerariae and its effects on scavenging of hydroxyl radicals. Method] Percolation extraction method,soxhlet extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method were used to extract total flavanone in puerariae. Determination of total flavone content in puerariae by UV was performed. The scavenging effects of puerariae total flavanone on superoxide anion free radical （SAFR） and hydroxyl free radical （HFR） were also studied. Result] The effects of different extraction process on the anti-oxidation of puerariae total flavonoids were as follows：ultrasonic extraction method 〉 soxhlet extraction method 〉 percolation extraction method. The effect of anti-oxidant were as follows：ultrasonic extraction method 〉 soxhlet extraction method 〉 percolation extraction method. Conclusion] Ultrasonic extraction method has many advantages such as reliablity,stability,low-temperature,high efficiency and non-pollution,and is suitable for the extraction and separation of the active constituents from the Chinese traditional medicine.
