欠发达地区生态农业发展的思考

发展生态农业是解决“三农”问题的重要手段之一。欠发达地区发展生态农业有环境优势、资源优势、人力资源优势 ,并且形成了多种生态农业模式 ,有了一定的基础 ,但要保证生态农业的可持续发展 ,必须建立生态补偿机制 ,政策性农业保险 ,加强对生态农业的投入 ,加快土地的合理流转 ,大力发展农产品加工业。

Thinking about the Ecological Agricultural Development in Developing Areas

The agricultural development, the stability of the countryside and the of peasants’ income-increasing are the main problem to be solved in China. And the development of the ecological agriculture is one of the key ways. The developing areas had the advantages such as environment resources and human resources, and many kinds of ecological agriculture patterns. But in order to solve the problems in the development of agriculture, compensation systems and agricultural insurance should be set up and the investment in the ecological agriculture should be increased. Also the land should be reasonably transmitted and process industry of agricultural products should be developed greatly.
