棉花黄萎病拮抗细菌7-30菌株的筛选与鉴定

目的]筛选大丽轮枝菌的拮抗芽孢细菌，并对其进行生理生化鉴定。方法]以棉花黄萎病痛原菌大丽轮枝菌（Verticillium dahliag）V-190为测试菌，筛选对其具有拮抗作用的芽孢细菌。通过初筛及复筛，得到1株具有较强抑菌活性的拮抗细菌7-30菌株，并对该菌株进行了形态特征观察和生理生化鉴定。结果]通过初筛从各地的土样中分离到84株拮抗细菌菌株，再对其中拮抗能力较好的18株进行了复筛，得到抑菌圈达18．9mm的强抑菌活性的拮抗细菌7-30菌株，结合其形态特征和生理生化特征综合考察，初步判断其为枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）。结论]获得了大丽轮枝菌的拮抗芽孢细菌7-30菌株。

The Screening and Identification of Antagonistic Bacterium Strain 7-30 against Verticillium dahliae
