党参种子检验方法及质量标准研究

摘    要:目的]研究党参种子的检验方法及质量标准.方法]从山西、甘肃和陕西3省6县共收集和调查27份党参种子,并参照《农作物种子检验规程》GB/T 3543.1-7,1995对其净度分析、千粒重、发芽率、生活力测定、含水率等指标的检验方法进行研究,制定党参种子最佳质量检验方法.并根据制定的检验方法和规程,对不同产区的27份党参种子样品进行质量检验,采用K类中心聚类法制定种子质量分级标准.结果]党参种子喜凉不喜热,适合栽培在天气凉爽的地区,发芽的最适温度应是25℃,最适发芽床是纱布床;最适宜染色条件为染色温度40℃,TTC浓度0.5%,染色时间4h;在聚类分析基础上,将净度、千粒重、含水率、活力、发芽率5项指标作为质量分级指标,将党参种子质量可分为3级标准,活力和发芽率差异明显,成为分级标准的最重要因素,其次是净度、千粒重和含水率.结论]该研究为党参规范化栽培和产业化发展提供了重要依据.

The Study of Seed Testing Method and Quality Standard on Codonopsis pilosula

Abstract:Objective] To study inspection method and quality standard of Codonopsis pilosula seeds.Method] 27 Codonopsis pilosula seeds were collected and investigated in six counties of Shanxi,Gansu and Shaanxi Province.This article research the test methods of the moisture content,1 000-grain weight,germination rate,determination of life force according to the crop seed inspection procedures of GB/T 3543.1 71995 in order to formulate C.pilosula seeds best quality inspection methods.And according to the test methods and regulations,test quality of C.pilosula seeds of the 27 different regions was conducted.It is used to establish seed quality classification standard with K class center clustering method in order to provide important basis for C.pilosula standardization cultivation and industrialization development.Result] The optimal germination temperature of C.pilosula seeds is 25 ℃,the optimal germination bed is etamine bed; the optimal dyeing condition is temperature 40℃,TTC concentration 0.5%,time 4 h ; On the basis of clustering analysis,cleanliness,1000 grain weight,moisture content,germination rate,vitality were used as quality classification index,the quality of C.pilosula seeds were divided into 3 level standard,germination rate and life force are the most important factors,purity,1 000-grain weight and moisture content rank the second place.Conclusion] The study can provide important basis for C.pilosula standardization cultivation and industrialization development.
