| 摘 要： | 采用D101大孔吸附树脂和硅胶柱等色谱分离方法从水提物中分离中药连翘成分,并采用薄层层析法检测Rf值,经和标样连翘酯苷A对照发现,两者的Rf值基本相近,据此初步判断是连翘酯A。

| Abstract: | The components of the Forsythia suspense Thunb were complex and the main component was forsythoside.The test was to extract the forsythoside from the Forsythia suspense Thunb with porous resin(D101) and silica gel etc.After compared with the sample forsythoside(Rf),its components were basically determined on the basis of analysis of the Thin Layer Chromatographic(TLC).The conclusion was the process of the method was complicated,the quantity was limited and the technique needed to be improved. |
