甘肃省农村居民恩格尔系数与消费结构评价

以甘肃省农村居民消费为研究对象,初步测算了甘肃省城乡居民恩格尔系数;比较、分析了城乡居民恩格尔系数变化特征;同时,根据此变化特征,将甘肃省农村居民消费结构发展变化过程划分为3个阶段,并对各阶段农村居民消费结构变化和恩格尔系数波动进行了分析和评价.结果表明,甘肃省农村居民生活状况整体上符合恩格尔系数变化规律.但是利用恩格系数分析居民生活水平状况还应与其他因素相结合才能得到较准确的结论.

Evaluation on Engel's Coefficient and Consumption Structure of Rural Resident in Gansu Province

Engel's coefficient was a commonly used index in assessing the situation of living level and consumption structure of a country(or a region).In this paper,based on the example of rural resident consumption in Gansu,Engel's coefficient of urban and rural resident was preliminary calculated.The variation characteristics of Engel's coefficient of urban and rural residents were compared and analyzed.According to the variation characteristics,development and variation process of rural resident consumption structure were divided into three stages.Meanwhile,consumption structure and the fluctuation of Engel's coefficient of rural resident in every stage were analyzed and evaluated.The result showed that rural resident living situation basically conformed to Engel's law.However,Engel's coefficient should be combined with other factors to evaluate the living level situation such as resident's income,consumption structure.Thus,more accurate conclusions could be drawn.
