摘    要:目的]研究规模化栽培羊栖菜对浙江洞头县三盘港海区水环境质量的影响。方法]在羊栖菜养殖期间连续监测养殖区水体中氮、磷等水质指标的变化。结果]2008年5月,海区的羊栖菜生物量达2250t,增殖75倍;养殖区海水的P含量从0.038mg/L下降到0.015mg/L,减少60.5%;N含量从0.426mg/L下降到0.296mg/L,减少30.5%;叶绿素a含量从0.80μg/L上升到2.63μg/L,增加228.8%;在藻类养殖后期,该海域海水中的N、P含量达到国家Ⅱ类水质标准。结论]羊栖菜生长速度快,单位面积产量高,并通过羊栖菜生长过程中的吸收、固定作用与长成后的收割,实现N、P等营养物质由海洋转移到陆地,有利于防治局部海区富营养状况。

Influence of Large Scale Cultivation of Hizikia fusiforme on Water Environment Quality in Sanpan Bay

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the influence of scale cultivation of Hizikia fusiforme on the water environment quality in Sanpan Bay of Dongtou County,Zhejiang Province.Method]The representative water quality index were continuously measured during the cultivation period,which including the nitrogen content,phosphorus content and so on. Result]The biomass of Hizikia fusiforme in the culture area reached 2 250 t and the yield increased by 75 times,while P content decreased from 0.038 mg/L to 0.015 mg/L and the decreasing rate was 60.5%. N content decreased from 0.426 mg/L to 0.296 mg/L and the decreasing rate was 30.5%. Chlorophyll a increased from 0.80 μg/L to 2.63 μg/L and the increasing rate was 228.8%. During the later stage of the cultivation,N and P content in the area reachedⅡ standard of national water quality criteria. Conclusion]Hizikia fusiforme grew fast and the yield was high. What's more,it was propitious to prevent the eutrophication of partial sea area by the transfer of N and P from sea to land through the harvest of Hizikia fusiforme,which could absorb and store N and P during growth.
