金鱼耗氧率和排氨率研究

摘    要:利用试验生态学方法研究了不同温度及体重对金鱼呼吸、排泄的影响。结果表明,在10~22℃时,随着温度的升高.金鱼的耗氧量明显升高,差异极显著(P〈0.01);耗氧率明显升高,差异显著(0.01〈P〈0.05);排氨量增加,差异极显著(P〈0.01)、在温度为10~18屯时,金鱼排氨率随着温度的升高而增加,差异显著(O.01〈P〈0.05);而当温度在18~22℃时,随着温度的升高,金鱼的排氨率呈下降趋势,18℃组为峰值:在14℃水温条件下,随着体重的增加,金鱼的耗氧量呈现上升趋势,差异显著(0.01〈P〈0.05);耗氧率呈现下降趋势,差异极显著(P〈0.01).随着体重的增加,金鱼的排氨量呈现上升趋势,差异极显著(P〈0.01);排氧率呈现下降趋势、
