摘    要:目的]通过体外试验初步研究蔷薇红景天(RhodiolaroseaL.)提取物的抗氧化活性。方法]采用有机溶剂萃取法将蔷薇红景天提取物分为乙酸乙酯相、正丁醇相和水相3个不同极性部位,以还原能力及清除羟自由基(.OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)和亚硝酸根离子(NO2-)为评价指标初步研究其体外抗氧化活性。结果]蔷薇红景天提取物的不同极性部位均有抗氧化活性,其抗氧化效果因反应体系不同而不同,且不同极性部位的抗氧化活性有差异。乙酸乙酯相和正丁醇相的还原能力及清除O2-.和.OH的能力均强于水相,而水相对NO2-的清除效果好于乙酸乙酯相和正丁醇相。结论]蔷薇红景天提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性,可作为天然抗氧化剂的良好来源。

Studies on Antioxidative Activities in vitro of Different Polarity Fractions of Extract from Rhodiola rosea L.

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to investigate antioxidant activities in vitro of different polarity fractions of extracts from Rhodiola rosea L.Method] 3 extracts were obtained in different fractions by using different polarities of solvents such as ethyl acetate,normal butyl alcohol.Their antioxidant activities were compared and assessed by different analytical methods:reducing activity,scavenging activities for superoxide anion radical(O-2·)and hydroxyl radicals(·OH)and inferior nitric acid root(NO-2).Result] Different polarity fractions of extracts from Rhodiola rosea L.showed antioxidant activities.3 fractions all had different antioxidant effects in different reaction systems.There were differences in antioxidant activities among 3 fractions.Ethyl acetate fraction and normal butyl alcohol fraction had better effects than water fraction for reducing activity,scavenging activities of O-2· and ·OH.However,water fraction had better scavenging effects than ethyl acetate fraction and normal butyl alcohol fraction for NO-2· Conclusion] Extracts from Rhodiola rosea L.showed relatively strong antioxidant activities,it was a kind of good source for natural antioxidants and was worth separating and purifying further.
