花鱼骨染色体核型的研究

目的]为了解和确定韶关地区花鱼骨的分类地位及演化关系。方法]采用PHA和秋水仙素活体注射、肾细胞培养和空气干燥制片技术,制备花鱼骨的染色体。结果]花鱼骨体细胞的染色体数目2n=50,核型公式为16 m+14 sm+16 st+4 t,NF=80。结论]韶关花鱼骨在染色体系统演化上没有明显的数目和形态变化。

Study on Chromosome Karyotype of Spotted Steed

Objective] The classification status and the evolution of spotted steed in Shaoguan area were understood and identified through the investigation and research.Method] The chromosome Karyotype of spotted steed was analyzed with PHA and colchicine injection in vivo,kidney cell culture and chromosome-observing technique.Results] The result showed that diploid chromosome number of spotted steed was 50,and the karyotype formula was 16 m+14 sm+16 st+4 t and its fundamental arm number was 80.Conclusion] There was no obvious variation in the number and morphology during the evolution of spotted steed chromosome.
