苏姜猪ESR基因和FSHβ基因的多态性与繁殖性能的相关性研究

摘    要:目的]从DNA水平上为苏姜猪的选育提供技术支持。方法]对293头苏姜猪的ESR基因和FSHβ基因的多态性进行检测,分析不同多态性间繁殖性能(总产仔数、产活仔数和初生重)的差异,探讨将ESR基因和FSHβ基因作为标记辅助选择用于苏姜猪核心群选育的可行性。结果]苏姜猪ESR基因位点上的3个基因型AA型、AB型、BB型的频率分别为38.25%5、7.54%和4.21%,而FSHβ基因位点上AA型、AB型和BB型的频率分别为21.33%、37.2%和60.07%。在ESR基因位点上BB型和AB型苏姜猪的总产仔数显著高于AA型,而BB型苏姜猪的产活仔数显著高于AA型和AB型。FSHβ基因位点上3个基因型苏姜猪的总产仔数、产活仔数和初生重差异均不显著。结论]ESR基因可作为辅助标记选择用于苏姜猪核心群的选育,以提高其繁殖性状。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide the technical support for the breeding of Sujiang pig at DNA level.Method] The polymorphisms of ESR gene and FSHβ.gene in 293 Sujiang pigs were detected.The differences of the reproductive performances(total litter size,live litter size and birth weight)among different polymorphisms were analyzed and the feasibility of taking ESR gene and FSHβ gene as marker-assisted selection in the nucleus herb breeding of Sujiang pig.Result] The frequencies of 3 genotypes AA type,AB type,BB type on ESR gene locus of Sujiang pig were 38.25%,57.54% and 4.21% resp.and that on FSHβ gene locus were 21.33%,37.2% and 60.07%.On ESR gene locus,total litter size of Sujiang pig with BB and AB types were significantly higher than that with AA type,while liver litter size of Sujiang pig with BB type was significantly higher than that with AB and BB types.Total litter size,live litter size and birth weight of Sujiang pig with 3 genotyoes on FSHβ gene locus all had not significant differences.Conclusion] ESR gene can be used as marker-assisted selection in the nucleus herb breeding of Sujiang pig in order to increase its reproductive performances.
