| 摘 要： | 目的]探明降低烟草中的特有亚硝胺（TSNA）含量的技术措施。方法]开展8个全国品种及云南省内品种比较试验，以期筛选出适宜当地种植的低TSNA水平品种。采用国际标准分析TSNA方法，在调制结束时对其成熟叶样品进行TSNA分析检测。结果]MSKY1×建选2#TSNA含量最高，达到7．120μg/g，MSKYl4×达所26、9803、9904、MSTN90×KY907、MSKYl0×B49次之，在5．000μg／g左右，TN86与鄂烟1#TSNA含量最低，分别为1．794、1．894μg/g.结论]TN86与鄂烟1#可作为低TSNA含量水平白肋烟品种进行推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to find the measures of reducing TSNAs contents of burley tobacco.Method] The TSNAs contents of 8 variety of burley tobacco were compared to find the lower TSNAs contents of the burley tobacco variety.The TSNA of sample mature leaf was detected by using the method of international criterion during the end of air-curing stage.Result] The TSNAs of the MSKY1×Jianxuan 2# were the highest,and it was 7.120 μg/g.MSKY14×Dasuo 26,9803,9904,MSTN90×KY907,MSKY10×B49 were the second,and they were about 5.000 μg/g.The contents of TN86 and Eryan1# were the lowest,and it was 1.794 and 1.894 μg/g respectively.Conclusion] TN86 and Eryan1# could be taken as the lower TSNAs contents of the burley tobacco variety to popularize. |
