| 摘 要： | 对朝阳地区风能资源要素的分析表明,朝阳中部和建平北部风资源较丰富,有效风速多集中在2~6月,该区域春季风资源具有开发价值;风能地形效应显著,但年际不稳定,此地区开发风能资源存在一定的风险性。

| Abstract: | The analysis of wind energy resources elements in Chaoyang Region showed that there were richer wind resources in middle regions of Chaoyang and northern Jianping.And the effective wind speed was mainly concentrated from February to June.The wind resources in spring in these regions had development value.The wind energy had significant topographic effects and the annual effect was instable.The development of wind energy resources in this region had certain risks. |
