摘    要:目的]优化陈皮(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)多糖溶液的脱色条件。方法]以陈皮为材料,经热水浸提,得到陈皮多糖。研究离子交换树脂(D-201、DH-8)和大孔吸附树脂(D-101、HPD-400、HPD-600)对陈皮多糖的脱色效果。通过正交试验确定陈皮多糖脱色的最佳条件。结果]阴离子交换树脂脱色效果优于阳离子交换树脂和大孔吸附树脂。各因素影响陈皮多糖脱色率的大小顺序为:树脂用量〉振荡转速〉脱色温度。陈皮多糖最佳脱色条件为使用阴离子交换树脂D-201,树脂用量8∶100(W/V),在转速75 r/min、40℃水浴下振荡脱色2 h。在此条件下,脱色率和多糖保留率分别为62.3%和37.8%。结论]该研究可为生产出高品质的陈皮多糖提供科学依据。

Optimization of Decoloration Process for Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Polysaccharide

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to optimize the decoloration conditions for Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae polysaccharide.Method]The polysaccharide was extracted with hot water from the peel of citrus.The decoloration effects of anion exchange resin(D-201,HD-8) and macroporous resins(D-101、HPD-400、HPD-600) on citrus polysaccharide were studied.And the optimum decoloration conditions for Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae polysaccharide were determined by orthogonal test.Result]The decoloration effect of anion exchange resins was better than that of cation exchange resins and the macroporous resins.The influencing factors on decoloration rate of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae polysaccharide showed a decreasing degree from resin dosage to rotation speed and at last to temperature.The optimum decoloration conditions for Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae polysaccharide were with 8∶100 of D-201 anion exchange resin,75 r/min of rotation speed and 2 h treatment in 40 ℃ water temperature.Under this condition,the decoloration rate and sugar retention rate were 62.3% and 37.8% respectively.Conclusion]The study provided scientific basis for the production of high-quality Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae polysaccharide.
