农药残留降解方法研究进展

摘    要:农药的使用对农业的发展发挥着重大作用,但同时也造成严重的农产品污染和环境污染。对农药残留降解方法进行了综述,重点介绍了超声波技术、吸附、洗涤和辐照等物理方法,水解、氧化分解和光化学降解等化学方法,微生物、降解酶和工程菌等生物方法对农药残留的降解作用。
