小麦品质影响因素分析及专用小麦优质栽培途径的探讨

小麦品质除受品种本身的遗传特性控制外 ,生态条件及栽培措施的影响也至关重要。简要对优质专用小麦及其品质的概念作了解释 ,对影响小麦品质的遗传、生态、栽培三大因素进行分析 ,认为品种的遗传特性是小麦品质的基础 ,但环境条件及栽培措施可以较大程度地改善小麦品质 ,协调产量与品质的关系。指出以优质品种为基础 ,合理种植区划 ,结合播期播量调节以肥水调控为中心的配套栽培技术是进行优质专用小麦生产的重要途径

Analysis of Factors Affecting Wheat Quality and Cultured Measure of Special Wheat Variety

Ecological conditions and cultural measures were also the comportant factors affecting wheat quality besides the hereditary capacity. In the paper, the concept of special wheat and its quality parameters were explained. Three factors: hereditary, ecological condition and cultural measures, affecting the wheat quality were analyzed and the hereditary is the base of wheat quality and the other conditions can promote the improvement of wheat quality. Finally, the important way of promoting the production of special wheat with good quality was the reasonable plant plan and integrated cultural measures including suitable seeding amount and the adjustment of fertilizer and irrigation the application of novel varlet.
