猪传染性胃肠炎病毒SC-Y株非编码区及结构蛋白的生物信息学分析

摘    要:利用生物软件对猪传染性胃肠炎病毒SC-Y株非编码区及结构蛋白所含的生物学信息进行了分析。结果显示,SC-Y株与TGEV其他参考毒株(Miller M60、Miller M6、Purdue、Purdue P115、PUR46-MAD、TS)5′UTR的二级结构差异显著,预测结构蛋白特性显示,N蛋白没有跨膜区域、糖基化位点及信号肽序列,属于非分泌性蛋白。在4种结构蛋白中,N蛋白的氨基酸变异率最低,为2.14‰。与MillerM60株、Miller M6株和TS株相比,SC-Y株S基因第1 123~1 128位核苷酸缺失6个碱基(AATGAT),在sM基因核苷酸第163~165位,SC-Y株比TFI株和FS772/70株多出3个碱基(ATT)。

Abstract:The biological information contained by UTR(untranslated region) and srucrural protein of SC-Y strain of transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV) was analyzed by using the biological software.The results indicated that the secondary structure of 5′UTR in SC-Y strain had significant difference with that in other reference strains of TGEV(including Miller M60,Miller M6,Purdue,Purdue P115,PUR46-MAD and TS).The characteristics of the predicted structural protein showed that N protein had no transmembrane protein,glycosylation sites or signal peptide sequences and it belonged to non-secretory protein.Among 4 kinds of structural proteins,the variation ratio of amino acids in N protein was lowest(2.14‰).Compared with Miller M60 strain,Miller M6 strain and TS strain,there were 6 base deletions on the 1 123rd-1 128th nucleotides in S gene of SC-Y stain.On the 163rd-65th nucleotides of sM gene in SC-Y strain had 3 more bases than that in TFI strain and FS772/70 strain.
