| 摘 要： | 鉴于国外柑橘业合作经济组织的总体概况,建立了柑橘业合作经济组织与柑橘业现代化、产业化、市场化的理论模型。选取产业化水平、市场化水平、现代化水平3个指标,构建了产业化、市场化、现代化的量化评价指标体系,将柑橘产业合作组织分为初级、中级和高级3个阶段。在对美国、西班牙、南非柑橘业产业化、市场化、现代化水平进行评估的基础上,通过与南非的对比分析,指出现阶段我国柑橘业合作经济组织发展处于初级阶段。基于此,提出了我国柑橘业合作经济组织发展的政策方向。
