| 摘 要： | 研究了江西省农村居民点用地的变化,并运用定性与定量结合的方法分析了农村居民点变化的驱动力。研究结果表明,近10多年来政策因素、经济因素与乡镇企业从业人数是江西省农村居民点面积变化的主要驱动力。

| Abstract: | The changes of Jiangxi rural residential land were studied in this paper.The driving forces of the rural residential land also were analyzed through the qualitative and quantitative methods.The results showed that the main driving forces in the changes of rural residential land were the production of the changes of policies,economy and amount of work force in township enterprises in recent ten years. |
