摘    要:目的]测定4种常用杀菌剂对木霉及平菇的抑制作用。方法]每种药剂设5个浓度梯度,制成培养基平板,测定各药剂对木霉及平菇的抑制作用。结果]多菌灵对木霉的抑制作用最强,其余依次为百菌清、甲基硫菌灵和大生。甲基硫菌灵对平菇生长的抑制作用最大,其次是大生和百菌清,多菌灵对平菇生长的抑制作用较弱。在浓度为10 mg/L时,多菌灵对木霉生长的抑制率达到了97.80%,而对平菇的抑制率仅为52.08%。结论]多菌灵可以作为拌料在平菇生产中推广应用。

Effect of the Different Fungicides on the Toxicity of Pleurotus ostreatus and Trichoderma spp

Abstract:Objective] The inhibitory of four types of fungicides to Trichoderma spp.and Pleurotus ostreatus was tested.Method] The effect of four types of fungicides with five concentrations on Trichoderma spp.and Pleurotus ostreatus,which were cultured with the method of plate medium containing different concentrations of fungicides,was analyzed.Results] The results showed that the order of the inhibitory to Trichoderma spp.growth was carbendazim > chlorothalonil > thiophanate methyl > Dithane M-45 and to Trichoderma spp.growth was thiophanate methyl > Dithane M-45 > chlorothalonil > carbendazim.At the concentration of 10.0 mg/L,the inhibition of carbendazim to Trichoderma spp.was 97.80% and to Pleurotus ostreatus was 52.08%.Conclusion] The carbendazim could be used in Pleurotus ostreatus production.
