摘    要:目的]优化柿叶(FOLIUM KAKI)总黄酮的提取工艺。方法]在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面分析法对影响柿叶总黄酮提取率的主要因素(提取温度、料液比和乙醇体积分数)进行优化,建立了影响因素与响应值之间的函数关系。结果]柿叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:提取温度74.05℃,料液比1∶35.01,乙醇体积分数65.78%,在此条件下,提取率最高达4.041%。结论]采用响应面法对柿叶总黄酮的提取条件进行优化合理可靠。

Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Total Flavone from FOLIUM KAKI Using Response Surface Analysis

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology of total flavone from FOLIUM KAKI.Method]Based on the single factor experiment,the main factors effecting the extraction rate of total flavone of FOLIUM KAKI were optimized by response surface analysis,and the functional relationship of response and factors was established.Result]The best extraction technology of total flavone of FOLIUM KAKI was: extraction temperature 74.05 ℃,the ratio of soild to liquid 1:35.01,alcohol concentration 65.78%.Under this condition,the extraction rate can reach 4.041%.Conclusion]It is reasonable and reliable of optimizing the conditions of extracting the total flavone from FOLIUM KAKI by response surface analysis.respons respons
