| 摘 要： | 目的]为临床上选择抗菌药物、预防和治疗犬大肠杆菌病提供依据。方法]采用药敏纸片法,进行156株犬源大肠杆菌对头孢曲松和氟苯尼考等8种抗菌药物的敏感性试验,以确定其耐药谱型。结果]156株大肠杆菌对头孢曲松、庆大霉素、小诺霉素、林可霉素、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、氟苯尼考、妥布霉素和左旋氧氟沙星的耐药率分别为83.3%、66.7%、73.7%、84.6%、76.3%、88.3%、63.5%、80.8%。结论]耐药谱型以头孢曲松/庆大霉素/小诺霉素/林可霉素/磺胺间甲氧嘧啶/氟苯尼考/左旋氧氟沙星和头孢曲松/妥布霉素/林可霉素/磺胺间甲氧嘧啶/氟苯尼考/小诺霉素/左旋氧氟沙星为主,分别占33.97%（53/156）和30.13%（47/156）。

| Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to provide basis for choosing antibiotics,preventing and treating canine colibacillosis.Method]Kirby-Bauer method was used to test the drug sensitivity of 156 strains of E.coli isolated from dogs to eight kinds of antibacterial agents such asceftriaxone and florfenicol.Result]The drug resistance rates of 156 strains of E.coli to ceftriaxone(CRO),gentamicin(GEN),micronomi-cin(MCR),lincomycin(LIN),sulfamonomethoxine(SUM),florfenicol(FLR),tobramycin(TOB),levofloxacin(LVX) were 83.3%,66.7%,73.7%,84.6%,76.3%,88.3%,63.5% and 80.8% respectively.Conclusion] The drug resistance patterns mainly wereCRO/GEN/MCR/LIN/SUM/FLR/TOB/LVX and CRO/TOB/MCR/LIN/SUM/FLR/LVX,accounting for 33.97%(53 /156) and 30.13%(47/156) respectively. |
