摘    要:研究了蜂蜜混合料液在离心喷雾干燥塔内的运动及水分蒸发情况,结合蜂蜜物性和喷雾干燥的特点,运用Fluent软件建立了离心雾化器的雾化模型及喷雾干燥室内气固2相运动、蒸发等CFD模型。对蜂蜜喷雾干燥过程进行了仿真试验,得到了喷雾干燥室内气流的温度分布、雾滴的运动轨迹和蒸发情况等。并通过试验验证了该模型的适用性,得到了蜂蜜喷干的最佳工艺条件。

Simulation and Emulation of Spray Drying Process of Honey

Abstract:The moving and water evaporation of honey-mixed liquor in centrifugal spray drying tower were studied.By combining matter properties of honey with characteristics of spray drying,the atomization model of centrifugal atomizer and CFD models including moving model of 2 phases of gas and solid and evaporation model in spray drying chamber were established with Fluent software.The spray drying process of honey was emulated and the temperature distribution of air flow,moving path and evaporation condition of fog droplet in spray drying chamber were observed.And the adaptivity of this model was validated through experiments and the optimum technological condition for spray drying of honey was obtained.
