| 摘 要： | [目的]为封育恢复退化草地提供参考。[方法]对锡林浩特市2000和2007年遥感影像进行预处理,采用OIF指数法,选出最佳波段组合,通过非监督分类与监督分类相结合的方法提取草地围栏信息。通过实地调查对提取结果进行精度评价,构建综合监测评价模型,对退化草地的封育恢复进行评价与监测。[结果]建立了草地退化围栏封育综合评价公式：围栏评价指数=SH.f（S）f（H）f（D）f（J）。可用于研究围栏内外的草地退化现状和程度。围栏防护后,改善草地退化状况。锡林浩特市2007、2000年的草围栏面积为1 787.725 9828、01.046 230 km2。围栏封育评价结果表明1号样点属于轻度退化,而111、2号样点都属于严重退化。[结论]围栏评价指数可以更好地反映草地退化程度及围栏内外的差异。
