膜集成技术在浓缩果汁中的应用研究进展

摘    要:集成膜技术是一个膜分离系统,它可以克服单一膜的缺点,节约成本,提高产品质量。面向膜的集成化应用,着重概述了超滤、反渗透、渗透蒸馏、渗透蒸发的特征以及膜集成技术在浓缩苹果汁、柑桔汁及猕猴桃汁中的应用研究进展。

Research Progress in the Application of Integrated Membrane Process in Concentrated Juice
Abstract:Integrated membrane technology is a membrane separation system,which can overcome the disadvantage of single membrane,save the cost and improve the product quality.Several major membrane processes such as ultrafitration,reverse osmosis,osmotic distillation and pervaporation were summarized.Research progresses in the application of integrated membrane technology in concentrated apple juice,orange juice and kiwi juice were introduced,which were the three main concentrated juices in the world.
