不同湿度条件下白肋烟调制期间烟叶矿物质含量的动态变化

摘    要:研究了人工调控条件下不同湿度处理的晾房中白肋烟晾制期间叶片矿质成分(Ca,Mg,S,Cl,K)含量的变化趋势。结果表明:①Ca含量呈上升趋势,相比来说低湿和高湿处理的晾房中上升趋势较慢。②晾制末期Mg含量均有一个明显的上升趋势,晾制结束后,以低湿处理的晾房中叶片Mg含量最高,高湿和中湿处理的晾房中差别不大。③S含量在晾制的第1周内变化不大;第3周均有1个峰值出现,且高湿处理的峰值最大,低湿处理的最小。④高湿和中湿处理的晾房中,晾制的第1周叶片的Cl含量呈明显的下降趋势,低湿处理的晾房中却表现出了相反的趋势。⑤晾制前期,不同处理的晾房中,中上部和中部叶的K含量均有下降趋势;晾制完毕,以高湿晾房中叶片的K含量最高,低湿晾房中最低。

Abstract:The changes ofmineral (Ca, Mg, S, Cl, K) content in burleytobaccoleafduringthe air-curingperiod in the barn ofdifferent humiditytreatment controlled under the artificial condition were studied. The results showed that: ① The content of Ca had an ascending tendency,comparatively, the ascending tendency of Ca content in the barn of low and high humidity treatments was slower. ②The content of Mg had anobvious ascending tendency in the end of air-curing period. After air-curing, the content of Mg in the barn of lowhumidity treatment was highestand the distinction between high humidityand middle humiditywas not obvious. ③The content ofShad a peak value in the 3rd week ofair-curingprocess. The peak value was largest in high humidity condition, which was least in low humidity condition. The change of S content was notobvious in the first week of air-curing process. ④The content of Cl had an obvious descending tendency in the first week of air-curing process inthe barn ofhigh and middle humiditytreatment. But it had a contrarytendencyin the barn oflowhumiditytreatment. ⑤The content ofKin upperand middle leaf had a descending tendency in the prophase of air-curing. The content of K in the barn of high humidity treatment was largest andwas least in the barn oflowhumiditytreatment.
