河南省珍珠豆型花生主要农艺性状与单株生产力的相关及通径分析

摘    要:目的]为河南省珍珠豆型花生育种提供理论参考依据。方法]对河南省18个珍珠豆型花生品种农艺性状与单株生产力进行相关及通径分析。结果]相关分析表明,百果重、百仁重与单株生产力呈显著正相关;主茎高、侧枝长、总分枝数、结果枝数、单株结果数、饱果率与单株生产力呈正相关,但是出米率与单株生产力呈负相关。通径分析表明,各性状对单株生产力的直接贡献大小顺序为:主茎高〉百果重〉单株结果数〉百仁重〉饱果率〉总分枝数〉结果枝数〉出米率〉侧枝长。结论]河南省珍珠豆型花生育种应选择单株结果数多,百果重、百仁重、主茎高和侧枝长适宜,总分枝数、结果枝数和饱果率相协调的品种。

Abstract: Objective] The aim was to provide a theoretical reference basis for breeding of pear bean type peanut in Henan Province. Method ] Agronomic characters and productivity of 18 pear bean type peanut cuhivars of Henan Province were analyzed by correlation and path coef- ficient analysis. Result] The correlation analysis results showed that the 100-pod and 100-seed weight were positive significant correlation with the productivity per plant; the productivity per plant had a positive correlation with six characteristics, including main stem height, lateral branch length, the number of total branches, the number of fruiting branches, the pod number per plant and full-pod rate, while a negative correlation with shelling percentage. The analysis results of path coefficient showed that the direct contribution rate of different traits to the productivity per plant was in order: the main stem height 〉 100 pods weight 〉 pod number per plant 〉 100 seeds weight 〉 the full-pod rate 〉 the number of total branches 〉 the number of fruiting branches 〉 shelling percentage 〉 lateral branch length. Conclusion ] When breeding the pear bean type peanut cultivars, the peanut cultivar should be selected that have more pod number per plant, appropriate 100-pod weight, 100-seed weight, main stem height and lateral branch length, coordinated the number of total branches, the number of fruiting branches and the full-pod rate.
