摘    要:目的]研究竹蛏、缢蛏、刀蛏的水提液体外对羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)的清除作用。方法]采用Fenton体系测定3种蛏类水提液对羟自由基的清除作用,采用邻苯三酚自氧化体系测定3种蛏类水提液对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用,采用DPPH体系对二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH.)的清除能力大小进行测定。结果]3种蛏类水提液对羟自由基的清除能力大小为竹蛏>缢蛏>刀蛏;对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力大小为竹蛏>缢蛏>刀蛏;对二苯代苦味酰自由基的清除能力大小为竹蛏>缢蛏>刀蛏。结论]竹蛏、缢蛏的组织水提液抗氧化作用较强。

Study on the Antioxidation of Water Extract from Three Species of Razor Shell
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the scavenging effect of water extracts from Solen strictus,Sinonovacula constricta and Cultellus attenuatus on hydroxyl radicals(·OH) and superoxide anion radical(O2-·).Method] The scavenging effects of water extracts from 3 species of razor shell on hydroxyl radicals were determined by using Feton system.The scavenging effects of water extracts from 3 species of razor shell on superoxide anion radical were determined by using pyrogallol autoxidation system.The scavenging effects on DPPH· were determined by using DPPH system.Result] The scavenging effects of water extracts from 3 species of razor shell on ·OH,DPPH· and O2-· were all as follows: S.strictus> S.constricta > C.attenuatus.Conclusion] The water extracts from the tissues of S.strictus and S.constricta had strong antioxidation.
