| 摘 要： | 目的]对怀牛膝的整个生育周期内土壤微生物和酶活性进行研究，探讨怀牛膝药材的道地性成因。方法]以不同怀牛膝生长时期的不同层次土壤为材料，研究土壤微生物总数和酶活性的变化规律。结果]怀牛膝不同生长时期土壤微生物总数和酶活性在种植前较高，苗期较低，增重期又增高，总体上表现为高-低-高的变化规律。土壤微生物的总数和酶活性随取样深度的增加均表现为降低趋势，0—20cm的表土层明显高于20～40cm的亚表层和加-60cm深层。土壤微生物数量和酶活性之间表现出较高的相关性。结论]怀牛膝在增重期土壤微生物数量和酶活性均最大。 |
