| 摘 要： | 目的]确定蒲公英黄酮提取工艺的最佳参数。方法]以青海省巨大型蒲公英为材料，采用乙醇浸提法提取其黄酮含量，通过单因素试验研究不同乙醇体积分数、料液比（g：ml）、提取温度和提取时间对蒲公英黄酮提取率的影响，再通过正交试验优化提取工艺参数。结果]单因素试验表明，在乙醇体积分数为60％、料液比为1：25、提取温度为80℃、提取时间为3h时，蒲公英黄酮的提取率最高。正交试验表明，乙醇提取蒲公英总黄酮的影响因素主次为：提取温度〉乙醇体积分数〉料液比=提取时间，其优化的工艺条件为：提取温度80℃，提取时间3h，乙醇体积分数55％，料液比1：30。结论]该最佳提取工艺条件经优化验证试验表明，蒲公英的总黄酮得率可达4．89％左右。相对标准偏差3．9％，证明此优化工艺可行。
