巨大型蒲公英黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]确定蒲公英黄酮提取工艺的最佳参数。方法]以青海省巨大型蒲公英为材料,采用乙醇浸提法提取其黄酮含量,通过单因素试验研究不同乙醇体积分数、料液比(g:ml)、提取温度和提取时间对蒲公英黄酮提取率的影响,再通过正交试验优化提取工艺参数。结果]单因素试验表明,在乙醇体积分数为60%、料液比为1:25、提取温度为80℃、提取时间为3h时,蒲公英黄酮的提取率最高。正交试验表明,乙醇提取蒲公英总黄酮的影响因素主次为:提取温度〉乙醇体积分数〉料液比=提取时间,其优化的工艺条件为:提取温度80℃,提取时间3h,乙醇体积分数55%,料液比1:30。结论]该最佳提取工艺条件经优化验证试验表明,蒲公英的总黄酮得率可达4.89%左右。相对标准偏差3.9%,证明此优化工艺可行。
