| 摘 要： | 目的]为了从核酸序列水平上分析2个山羊线粒体DNA Cytb基因的遗传多样性及系统发生地位。方法]对贵州白山羊及马头山羊2个山羊品种，共计27个个体mtDNA Cytb基因片段进行测序分析和比较。结果]26条山羊的Cytb基因序列均为1140bp的同源基因序列；总共发现12个变异住点，观察到10种单倍型；2个山羊品种中单倍型多样性为0．635％-0．889％，核苷酸多样度为0．189％～0．253％。结论]2个山羊品种线粒体DNA遗传多态性为中等；贵州白山羊与湖南马头山羊同起源于胃石山羊。
