摘    要:目的]明确干旱胁迫对柽柳-肉苁蓉间同化产物的运输及有效成分含量的影响。方法]以中国柽柳和管花肉苁蓉为材料,研究不同土壤水分下柽柳-肉苁蓉的生长状况、碳水化合物分配规律和有效成分含量变化。结果]土壤干旱导致管花肉苁蓉接种率下降了51.7%,生长受到抑制,生物量仅为对照的12.5%;适宜条件下,管花肉苁蓉体内松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷含量分别为严重干旱下的1.3和1.2倍,但土壤干旱下管花肉苁蓉体内半乳糖醇含量提高2.1倍;土壤干旱导致管花肉苁蓉体内可溶性糖含量降低39.8%,淀粉含量下降37.7%;管花肉苁蓉可溶性糖分配比例由正常条件下的66.6%下降到19.1%,非结构性碳水化合物由65.3%下降到12.9%。结论]土壤干旱导致寄主柽柳同化产物向管花肉苁蓉的运输比例降低,管花肉苁蓉生物产量下降。

The Effects of Drought Stress on the Carbohydrates Distribution and Effective Constituent Contents of Tamarisk Chinese and Cistanche Tubulosa

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to clear the effects of drought stress on transport of assimilation product and effective constituent contents among Tamarix chinesis and Cistanche tubulosa.Method] Take Tamarix chinesis and Cistanche tubulosa as the materials,their growth condition,the carbohydrate assignment rule and the effective constituent contents change were studied under the different soil moisture.Result] Under drought stress,the inoculation rate of Cistanche tubulosa has dropped 51.7%,growth was inhibited,the biomass was only 12.5% of the comparison.Under the suitable condition,Echinacoside and Verbascoside of Cistanche tubulosa increased by 1.3 times and 1.2 times;but under drought stress,the content of Galactitol was increased by 2.1 times,the soluble sugar content of cistanche tubulosa decreased 39.8%,the starch content decreased 37.7%.And,the distribution proportion of soluble sugar of cistanche tubulosa decreased from 66.6% to 19.1%,The distribution proportion of non-structural carbohydrates decreased from 65.3% to 12.9%.Conclusion] Soil drought caused the transport proportion of Cistanche tubulosa decreased which transported by the assimilation product of host Tamarix chinesis and the biomass of Cistanche tubulosa declined.
