抗寒棕榈繁殖的研究

目的]研究棕榈植物的抗寒繁殖与北移驯化。方法]以实生选育的棕榈品种年志东和年志西为试材，测量其株高、冠幅和干茎周长等生物学特性；以年志雄棕和香山公园盆栽棕榈为材料，采用不同的培养方式和不同梯度的培养基进行花粉萌发试验；以年志西和年志东为母本，用不同生态条件的棕榈作父本进行杂交试验。结果]年志东和年志西2个品种棕榈能抗极端最低温度-17．8℃，近2年迅速增长，每年株高增长超过1m；用不同的培养方式时棕榈花粉生活力存在差异，花粉培养密度与花粉生活力存在一定相呆性；棕榈花粉萌发的最适培养基为10％蔗糖＋0．2％硼酸，萌发率为79．2％；通过杂交试验共得到杂交种子13762粒，杂种苗13551株。结论I该研究填补了北方城市应用南国植物棕榈北移驯化的空白。
