| 摘 要： | 目的]探明蕙兰的花香成分及相对含量。方法]采用顶空固相微萃取（HS-SPME）和气相色谱-质谱联用（GC—MS）技术进行测定分析。结果]从蕙兰中共检出36种香气成分，鉴定出33种，主要包括烷烃类、醇类、酮类、酯类、萜烯类及芳香族化合物。芳香族化合物的相对含量最高，达到了54．24％，醇类j酯类、萜烯类、烷烃类和酮类化合物的含量相差不大。结论]二苯硫醚、视黄醇、二苯甲酮、二苯砜、非洲桧素、11-苯基-10-二十一烯和十六烷是蕙兰主要花香成分。
