摘    要:目的]探明蕙兰的花香成分及相对含量。方法]采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC—MS)技术进行测定分析。结果]从蕙兰中共检出36种香气成分,鉴定出33种,主要包括烷烃类、醇类、酮类、酯类、萜烯类及芳香族化合物。芳香族化合物的相对含量最高,达到了54.24%,醇类j酯类、萜烯类、烷烃类和酮类化合物的含量相差不大。结论]二苯硫醚、视黄醇、二苯甲酮、二苯砜、非洲桧素、11-苯基-10-二十一烯和十六烷是蕙兰主要花香成分。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to analyze the chemical components in Cymbidium faberi and their relative content.Method] The aromatic components were analyzed by headspace solid phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME) with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Result] 36 components were detected and 33 of them were identified in Cymbidium faberi,including alkanes,alcohols,ketones,esters,terpenes and aromatic compounds,the content of aromatic compounds were the highest,they were 70.29%.Conclusion] Diphenyls...
