南通地区观赏苗木容器育苗技术

目的]研究观赏苗木容器育苗技术以期提高观赏苗木的移栽率。方法]对引进的国内外16个新优观赏植物品种进行评价筛选后,针对不同品种进行容器与基质筛选、水肥供应等容器育苗主要环节的技术初探试验。结果]墨西哥落羽杉容器育苗时,宜用40穴圆孔或60穴方孔容器,其大小为墨西哥落羽杉苗生长提供良好适宜根部空间,对后期苗木生长没有影响。在栽培基质上,珍珠岩等块状物质比例不能过高,块状物过多则影响苗木根系正常生长。在育苗水肥控制上,宜用适中浓度、多次喷施,既满足苗木生长所需的养分,又不产生盐伤害。结论]容器育苗是当今世界的一项先进育苗技术。容器育苗有育苗期短、苗木规格和质量易于控制、节约种子、起苗过程中根系不易损伤、苗木失水少、移栽成活率高、无缓苗期、便于育苗机械化等优点。

Elementary Study on Container Nursery Techniques of Ornamental Seedlings in Nantong Area

Objective] The purpose was to study the container nursery techniques of ornamental seedlings so as to increase their transplanting survival rate.Method] The preliminary study on the techniques of the key links of container nursery such as container and medium screening,water and fertilizer supplying for different varieties was conducted after the evaluation and screening on the introduced 16 varieties of new and superior ornamental plants at home and abroad.Result] In the container nursery of Taxodiummucronatum,the container with 40 round caves or 60 square caves was suitable,whose sizes provided the fine and suitable root space for the growth of Taxodiummucronatum seedlings and had no effect on the late stage growth of seedling.As for cultivation medium, the matter ratio in block shape such as perlite couldn't be too high;otherwise it would influence the normal root growth of seedling.As for water and fertilizer control of seedling raising,spraying with moderate concentration for many times could not only satisfy the nutrient need of seedling growth,but also make no salt damage.Conclusion] Container nursery was an advanced seedling raising technique in present world.It had such advantages as short cultivation period,easy to control the seedling specification and quality,saving seeds,not easy to be damaged in the transplanting for the root,less losing water for the seedlings,high transplanting survival rate,without seedling postponing stage and convenient for mechanization of seedling cultivation.
