| 摘 要： | 目的]研究了NaCl胁迫对4个油菜品种种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。方法]NaCl浓度分别为0（CK）、0．1％、0．2％、0．4％、0．6％、0．8％，共6个处理，3次重复，每重复50粒种子。结果]4个参试品种的种子萌发率随着NaCl浓度的增大而降低（“神油3号”除外），而4个品种的幼苗根长和苗长均存在着低NaCl浓度促进而高NaCl浓度抑制的现象。总体来看，参试的4个油菜品种中“神油3号”和“神油5号”的耐盐性最强，“神油7号”的耐盐性最差。结论]为油菜抗盐育种和丰产栽培提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The effects of salt stress on the seed germinations of 4 rape varieties were studied in this article.Method] The NaCl concentration was 0(CK),0.1%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% respectively.6 treatments designed 3 replicates of 50 seeds.Result] The results showed that germination rate of 4 rape varieties tended to decrease with the increasing NaCl concentration(except of Shenyou 3).Lower concentration NaCl tended to stimulate seedling growth of 7 varieties,but higher concentration inhibited seedling gro... |
