水资源系统及其概念模型的构建

水资源是人类生产和生活中不可缺少的自然资源,也是生物赖以生存的环境资源和支撑国民经济健康发展的经济资源。水资源系统是由社会经济系统、生态环境系统和水资源本身系统组成,它对一个国家或地区的综合发展和发展规模有重要的影响。基于生态学理论和系统理论,从水资源系统的内涵、特征、构成及其等级体系等方面入手,分析水资源系统及其子系统的特征与内涵,构建了水资源系统的等级体系和概念模型,为水资源的可持续利用奠定基础。

Water Resource System and Its Conceptual Model Construction

Water resource is not only the indispensable natural resource for human life and production,but it is also the environmental resource that organisms depend on and the economic resource for supporting the healthy development of national economy.Water resource system consists of social economic system,ecological environment system and water resource system itself.It has vital influences on the general development and the development scale of one country(area).Based on the ecology theory and system theory,starting from the aspects of the connotation,characters,composition of water resource system and its grade system, the characters and connotation of water resource and its subsystems were analyzed.And the grade system and conceptual model of water resource system were constructed,which laid a foundation for the sustainable utilization of water sources.
