摘    要:[目的]为筛选出龙须菜的最佳生长温度。[方法]测定了不同温度(15、20、25 ℃)对龙须菜生长和光合作用的影响,并根据海藻的生理活动与光合作用,研究了龙须菜影响温度变化的机理。[结果]25 ℃时,龙须菜具有最大的光合作用速率、呼吸作用速率、光能利用效率及光饱和点;20 ℃时,龙须菜具有最低的呼吸作用速率、光补偿点以及最高的R/P值。[结论]25 ℃是红藻龙须菜生理活动的最佳温度,20 ℃是龙须菜保种的最佳温度。

Abstract:Objective]The study aimed to choose the best growth temperature of Gracilaria lemaneiformis. Method]The effects of different temperature (15, 20, 25 ℃) on growth and photosynthesis of Gracilaria lemaneiformis were determined, and mechanism of temperature change acted on Gracilaria lemaneiformis were studied based on physiological activities and photosynthesis. Result]Gracilaria lemaneiformis had the highest photosynthetic rate, respiration rate, photosynthetic efficiency and light saturation under 25 ℃; the lowest respiration rate, light compensation point and the highest value of P/R were found under 20 ℃. Conclusion]25 ℃ was the best temperature for physiological activity of the thalli, 20 ℃ was the best condition for Gracilaria lemaneiformis storing.
