| 摘 要： | 基于GIS空间分析的方法,通过区段划分,从洛阳市居住空间的总体分布特征入手,从市区的住宅面积、住宅价格和不同住宅类型3个方面分析了洛阳市居住空间的分异特征。研究发现,社会经济发展、政策因素和民族文化构成是洛阳市商品住宅地理分布的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Based on spatial analysis of GIS and the general distributing characteristic through compartmentalizing sections,the segregation character of residential space in Luoyang City was researched through three aspects which was residential area,residential price and residential types.It was concluded that the important factors of segregation of urban residential space in Luoyang City are social economic development policy factor and race and culture structure. |
