鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒的分离与鉴定

摘    要:从安徽省合肥郊县疑似传染性法氏囊病的雏鸡体内,分离到4株病毒。经血清学、人工感染、鸡胚接种、分子生物学试验鉴定,结果表明,分离物为传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)。人工感染易感鸡试验表明,4株中有2株具有超强毒株的致病特点。将其接种36日龄鸡后第2天精神沉郁,拉白色或绿色稀粪,发病率为100%。第3~4天出现死亡高峰,死亡率达80%。剖检可见全身性出血素质,法氏囊呈“紫葡萄”样外观。接种鸡胚后72~96 h引起鸡胚全部死亡。另外2株接种易感鸡后,发病率和死亡率都较低,临床症状不典型,出现亚临床传染性法氏囊病,剖检病理变化不明显,表明此2株毒力较弱。

Abstract:4 strains of virus were isolated from the infected birds from different chicken farms in Hefei,Anhui province.With serological test,embryo inoculation test,animal infection test and PCR for amplification of special segment,the isolates were identified as infectious bursal disease virus.Two strains of isolates were inoculated into the 36-day-old chickens.After two days' post-inoculation and the birds experienced depression and white or green watery feces.The death peak with 80% mortality appeared in 3~4 days of inoculation and the intensive hemorrhage occurred in visceral organ,especially in bursa.The chicken embryos of 9~10 days age were killed in 72~96 hours after the inoculation,which suggested that two isolates be characteristic of very virulent IBDV,other two isolates be artificially inoculated into susceptible birds which shared low mortality and morbidity with no evident lesion in bursa and other visceral organs.It suggested that two isolates fell into low pathogenical strains of infections bursal disease virus.
