| 摘 要： | 以野生刺五加为材料,研究扦插繁殖的适宜方法,结果表明:野生刺五加最佳扦插方法为采用全光雾插法,用IBA20mg/L浸泡插穗基部20h,以珍珠岩∶沙子=1∶1作为基质于夏季采穗进行嫩枝扦插。该方法可使扦插生根率达81.54%。

| Abstract: | In search of cutting feasible method, wild Acanthopanax senticosus was used as trial material.The results showed that the suitable method was under the condition of full moisture and sunshine and the cutting branch were immersed in 20 mg/L IBA for 20 hours and the perlite: fine river sand =1∶1 was used as substratum. The rooting rate could amount to 75.54 %. |
