| 摘 要： | ［目的］筛选马齿苋中具有抑脂作用的活性成分。［方法］MTT法测定马齿苋各活性成分对前脂肪细胞3T3-L1增殖的影响。［结果］马齿苋多糖、生物碱、黄酮具有较好抑制前脂肪细胞3T3-L1增殖的作用，马齿苋生物碱、黄酮随浓度增大抑制作用增强。而马齿苋不饱和脂肪酸则无显著抑制作用。［结论］马齿苋多糖、生物碱、黄酮具有抑脂作用。
