| 摘 要： | 通过研究得出:粗蛋白、淀粉、湿面筋含量和沉淀值与穗粒结构之间是非线性的关系;粗蛋白、湿面筋含量和沉淀值之间是正相关,他们与淀粉含量之间是反相关,所以可用其中一项指标作为品质指标;基本苗控制在240万/hm2左右最容易取得高产优质。 |

| Abstract: | Pass to experiment a linear relation between the protein and amylum and wet muscle of flour and settling and the structure of fringe and grain;the proteid and wet muscle of flour and settling is positive interfix,amylum is subtractive interfix;so,can use an index sign as quality index sign;Basic seedling control at 2 400 000/hm2 or so obtain most easily high production and a superior quality. |
