摘    要:研究分析了氮素施量对优质中筋小麦皖麦 44籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明 :施氮量在 0~ 3 0 0kg/hm2 范围内 ,氮素与籽粒产量和蛋白质产量均呈二次曲线关系 ,与蛋白质、湿面筋、沉降值、面粉吸水率、面团形成时间、稳定时间、质量数均呈极显著正相关 ,与弱化度呈极显著负相关。增施氮素能显著提高蛋白质、面筋含量、沉降值和粉质评价值 ,降低弱化度 ,延长面团的形成时间和稳定时间。最高蛋白质产量的施氮量高于最高籽粒产量的施氮量。皖麦 44在淮北地区中等肥力地块的适宜施氮量为15 0~ 2 2 5kg/hm2 。

Abstract:Effects of different nitrogen application amount on grain yield and quality of wheat variety-Wanmai 44(middle gluten)were studied. The results showed that the correlation between the application rate of N-fertilizer and the grain yield, the protein yield were quadric curved lines; and the protein content, wet gluten content, zeleny, water absorption, development time, stability time and Farinograph Quality Number were significantly positive;and the degree of softening was significantly negative in the range from 0 to 300 kg/hm 2 of N application. Increasing N application amount increased protein content, wet gluten content, zeleny and Farinograph Quality Number; and reduced degree of softening; and prolonged development time and stability time. The N application amount for the best protein yield was higher than it for the best grain yield. The suitable N amount application in middle fertility land ranged from 150 to 225?kg/hm 2.
