摘    要:介绍了近红外光谱分析技术的基本原理与方法,综述了该技术在水果内在成分检测、水果病害及缺陷检测、水果内部品质近红外光谱检测装置等方面的研究,提出了近红外光谱技术在水果内部品质检测中存在的问题,并对其研究前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The basic principles and methods of near infrared spectra technique were introduced.The researches about the techniques applied in the aspects of components measuring of fruit,fruit diseases and defects as well as equipment for measuring internal qualities of fruit were summarized.The problems in measuring internal qualities of fruit with the technique were put forward and the future research was prospected.
