摘    要:目的]综合评价柴胡不同部位中的8种微量元素。方法]采用因子分析方法对柴胡的花、叶、茎、根中微量元素含量数据进行分析,找出了柴胡中Ca、Mg、Na、K、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn8种元素之间的关系,结合SPSS统计软件,对柴胡不同部位中微量元素进行定量定性综合评价。结果]Fe与Mg、Na、K相关极显著,Mn与Ca显著相关。第1公共因子F1在指标Mg、Na、K、Fe、Zn上有较大的载荷,第2公共因子F2在指标Ca、Mn、Cu上有较大的载荷。柴胡不同部位中8种微量元素含量高低顺序为:根〉叶〉花〉茎。结论]该研究为大规模合理开发柴胡资源,以及为柴胡的药物功效学和微量元素的研究提供科学的依据和理论基础。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to comprehensively evaluate 8 kinds of trace elements in different parts of Bupleurum chinense DC.Method] The factor method was used to analyze the data of trace elements in the flower,leaf,stem and root of B. chinense and find the relationship between 8 kinds of trace elements including Ca,Mg,Na,K ,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn. Combining with SPSS statistical software,the quantitative and qualitative comprehensive-evaluation was made on trace elements in different parts of B. chinense. Result] Fe had an extremely significant correlation with Mg,Na and K,and Mn had a significant correlation with Ca. The first commonality factor F1 had greater load on the indexes of Mg,Na,K,Fe and Zn,and the second commonality factor F2 had greater load on the indexes of Ca,Mn and Cu. The different parts of B. chinense with 8 kinds of trace elements in order were root > leaf > flower > stem. Conclusion] The study provided the scientific base and theoretical foundation for the relational development of B. chinense resource and for the research of medication efficiency and trace element in B. chinense.
