铁椆 对高糖高脂大鼠肝功能的影响

目的]探讨铁桐对高糖高脂大鼠肝功能的影响。方法]通过给正常大鼠饲喂高糖脂饲料，建立高糖脂大鼠模型；将试验大鼠随机分为正常组、高糖脂模型组、高糖脂模型对照组、添加铁榈低、中、高剂量组。6周后以摘眼球取血法采血检测各组肝功能各项指标。结果]高糖高脂模型大鼠肝功能主要指标（AIJT、AST）较正常对照组（A组）显著升高（P〈0．01）；饲喂铁桐果实或叶粉3周后，各组肝功能主要指标明显改善，较高糖脂模型对照组（c组）显著降低（P〈0．01），其中果实对肝功能指标改善的效果优于叶粉。结论]铁桐果实和叶粉均能有效减轻肝损伤，改善肝功能。

Effects of Cyclobalanopsis glauca on the Liver Function in High-sugar and High-lipid Rats

Objective] The research aimed to investigate the effects of Cyclobalanopsis glauca on liver function in high serum glucose and serum lipid model rats.Method] Normal rats were fed with high sugar-lipid feedstuff to set up high sugar-lipid rat model.The test rats were randomly divided into normal group,high sugar-lipid model group,high sugar-lipid control group,high sugar-lipid model control group,low,medium and high dose group with the leaves powder or fruit of C.glauca.The liver function indexes in rats of each group were determined.Result] Compared with A group(normal control group),main indices of liver function(ALT and AST)in B group(high-sugar and high-lipid model group) had significantly increased(P<0.01).After 3-week treated with different doses of Cyclobalanopsis glauca fruit or leaves powder,compared with C group(high sugar-lipid control group),the main indexes of liver function(ALT and AST)had decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the feedstuff containing fruit powder had better results than leaves powder in improving liver function.Conclusion] Cyclobalanopsis glauca fruit and leaves can relieve liver injury and improve liver function obviously.
