摘    要:目的]探讨微量元素与中草药药效的关系。方法]在已知党参、肉桂、细辛、龙胆草、山茱萸中7种微量元素含量的基础上,采用多元统计方法对其进行因子分析研究。结果]前3个主因子反映了原变量所包含的92.88%以上的信息。与第1主因子相关程度较大的变量是Cu、Zn,载荷系数大于0.96。与第2主因子相关程度较大的变量是Ca、Mn,载荷系数大于0.93。与第3主因子相关程度较大的变量是K,载荷系数大于0.93。5种中草药主因子的得分分析结果与试验结果和临床功效一致。结论]该研究为中草药的研究和开发提供了理论指导。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the relationship between trace elements and the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine.Method] Based on the known contents of 7 kinds of trace elements in Codonopsis pilosulae,Cinnamomum cassia,asarum,Gentiana scabra and Cornus officinatis,the factor analysis was made on them by using multivariate statistical method.Result] The first 3 main factors reflected more than 92.88% information included in the original variable.Cu and Zn were the variables that had the greater correlation degree with the 1st main factor,with the load coefficient of over 0.96.Ca and Mn were the variables that had the greater correlation degree with the 2nd main factor,with the load coefficient of over 0.93.And K was the variable that had the greater correlation degree with the 3rd main factor,with the load coefficient of over 0.93.The scoring analysis results of the main factors in 5 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were accordant with the test results and the clinical efficacy.Conclusion] The research provided theoretical guidance for the research and development of Chinese herbal medicine.
