| 摘 要： | 以山东聊城为例,采用系统理论的分析方法构建了欠发达地级市新农村建设能力评价指标体系,运用均方差权数决策方法和mapinfo技术等分析方法,对聊城6县1市1区新农村建设综合能力及各子系统新农村建设能力进行了评价和空间特征分析,探讨了各县市区在新农村建设中的优势、障碍因子及新农村建设能力的空间分布规律,在此基础上提出了聊城市新农村建设策略。
