生长调节物质对油菜碳酸酐酶活性的影响

摘    要:利用植物生长调节物质处理油菜幼苗,结果表明不同生长调节物质以及不同浓度下的油菜碳酸酐酶活性不同,其中,6-BA与GA的适宜浓度为5.00μmol/L,而NAA的浓度为0.50μmol/L,各处理下油菜碳酸酐酶活性都有一个先上升后下降的过程,说明极低浓度的生长调节物质都会对油菜碳酸酐酶活性与生长产生明显的效果。

Abstract:Carbonic anhydrase(CA,EC 4.2.1.1)is a zinc-containing metalloenzyme that catalyzes the reversible conversion of CO2 to bicarbonate.The young rapes were treated with plant growth regulators.The result showed that carbonic anhydrase activities were different with various plant growth regulators and its application concentrations,of which the suitable concentration of 6-BA and GA was 5.00 μmol/L,and that the suitable concentration of NAA was 0.50 μmol/L.There were increasing firstly and then decreasing courses of carbonic anhydrase activity under different treatments.It was showed that plant growth regulators of extremely low concentration can have obvious effects on carbonic anhydrase activity and rape's growth.
